Animation and motion design are powerful tools for producing explainers, product videos (including SaaS), and other types of corporate content. They help to:

  • Make complex ideas easy to understand
  • Capture and hold attention
  • Scale across markets and platforms
  • Strengthen brand identity

To make the most of these advantages, we’ve developed a structured production workflow. It helps keep expectations and visibility aligned across all stakeholders, protects quality at every stage, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within the agreed budget.

  1. Briefing & Research

Every project starts with a call. This is where we get to know your company, your product or service, and your specific needs.

We ask all the necessary questions to properly frame and understand the project. Based on this, we carry out internal and competitor research and gather visual references. These insights are shared through a moodboard, which sets the foundation for the next stages.

  1. Script

Some clients ask us to handle scriptwriting, while others come to us with an existing script. We’re happy to work either way—but if you ask us, we prefer to help shape the message from the very beginning.

This is where we define the right message and, at the same time, start thinking about the visuals that will support and enhance the words.

  1. Styleframes

Once the script is approved, we move into defining the visual style.

We usually create three or four styleframes to explore and set the visual direction of the video. Some of these frames may end up in the final cut, while others won’t—but this is the stage where we experiment, test ideas, and align creatively.

  1. Storyboard

With the visual style approved, we build the storyboard.

This step provides a clear, scene-by-scene view of how the final video will look and flow, ensuring everyone shares the same expectations before animation begins.

  1. Voice Over

Not all videos require a voice over, but when they do, this is the moment to choose and record it.

We work with a wide catalog of voice-over artists across many languages and can also organize a casting if needed. Once recorded, we present the voice over together with the proposed music track for approval.

  1. Animation

Now it’s time to make things move.

Using the approved storyboard as a guide, we bring the video to life. This is where everything comes together. Once the animation is ready, we share the full video for feedback.

If all previous stages have been properly reviewed and approved, this phase usually requires only minor adjustments.

  1. Delivery

At this stage, we deliver the final content optimized for each platform and format, ready to perform across digital and broadcast channels.

If language versions are needed, we can produce as many as required.

  1. Now What?

You’ll have a finished project ready to use—and we’ll securely store and back up all materials in case you need future updates, adaptations, or a rebrand.

And, of course, we’ll be here when it’s time for the next project.
